IITC has one of the largest and most extensive bathroom showrooms in Ireland and, after our recent renovation, we are looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant / Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service of the utmost quality to new and existing customers, managing and proactively developing long-term customer relationships. Your job will be to work closely with customers to ensure they get the maximum value out of the services and products they have purchased from us.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engaging with our customers throughout their relationship with us to drive excellent customer experience and satisfaction
  • Position yourself as the expert on our products and through providing continuous support
  • Work closely with customers to resolve any issues they may have in an efficient and timely manner
  • General customer service
  • Generate sales
  • Following up on sales
  • Upkeep, maintenance and tiding of showroom
  • Stock Control

Requirements:

  • Relationship building – the ability and willingness to build and develop productive relationships with our customers 
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service focussed role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisation skills
  • Ability to Multitask and prioritise accordingly
  • Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms desirable but not essential

The Stock Controller will be responsible for ensuring that our physical stocks agree with our stocks as per our ERP system. The Controller will also have responsibility for ensuring that our systems and procedures for storing and handling goods are operating to the highest standards. Job Description:

  • Daily Cycle Counts
  • Run variance report and investigate all discrepancies
  • Ensure all materials are properly labelled and correctly stored
  • Report to Manager on high value items with variances
  • Identify aged and slow-moving stock items
  • Update and maintenance of computer-based stock management system
  • Review of goods inwards and outwards procedures to identify improvements and implement appropriate changes
  • Dealing with colleagues, customers and hauliers in a proactive and engaging way, and with a helpful and pleasant manner
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements
  • Reporting Issues or Concerns to Management
  • General Administration
  • Other Tasks as assigned by the Manager from time to time

As a Sales Support Executive you will be expected to be a team player and develop a strong relationship with the Sales teams as well as other critical functions in the business to ensure mutual success with our customers. We are looking for someone who is customer-centric, enthusiastic and has demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engaging with our customers throughout their relationship with us to drive excellent customer experience and satisfaction
